If you are thinking about having us clean your chandelier, light fixtures or ceiling fans – you are not alone. 80% of service orders request either a fan, chandelier, or both. Don’t forget for a small miscellaneous charge we can also replace your exterior flood lights as well.
TIP: Whenever you have any fixture cleaned that is out-of-reach, be it a foyer chandelier or a ceiling fan in a 2 story great room, consider purchasing new light bulbs prior to our service. We will be happy to replace them while we are cleaning the fixture.
Ceiling fan prices are either $15 or $25 – depending on if it has a light kit.
As an option, customers who frequently clean their fans with light kits will oftentimes request us to simply clean the housing and blades, in which case we simply charge $15.
Ceiling Fans WITHOUT light kits are $15 and are thoroughly cleaned by hand – from a ladder.
Ceiling Fans WITH Lights kits are $25. We not only clean the blades and housing but remove the bulbs and hand clean all globes as well.
Chandelier cleaning prices break down into 3 categories, which is directly tied to IF and TO WHAT DEGREE dis-assembly is required. Smaller Chandeliers like those over a breakfast or dining table are $35.
Prices for foyer chandeliers are $70, $95 and $195.
MOST of the chandeliers we clean do NOT require any dis-assembly and for these, we charge $70.The most common chandeliers in this category are the BOUND GLASS (aka birdcage) or CANDELABRA type fixtures.
Chandeliers THAT REQUIRE dis-assembly are priced at either $95 or $195 for an “upside-down wedding cake” style – which is generally obvious.
