Window Works has always focused on servicing neighborhoods versus the general public. There are many advantages to that, both for the company and for the customer. But there are also some drawbacks.

One drawback is that apparently customers are leaving reviews of us on their neighborhood website, or websites like NextDoor.com. The problem for us as a company is that both of these options are restricted to residents of that particular neighborhood – so we have no idea what is being said – good OR bad.

We frequently are told about a favorable review we received on Nextdoor.com, and although you may think we would be thrilled, it also means we cannot respond (either online or internally) if someone has a complaint. Perhaps we had an employee who didn’t put furniture back, or missed a window, or, or… we simply have no way of knowing.

We are very grateful, and appreciative of your reviews – good or bad, and would ask only that you consider including a review on Google as well.
